Raoul Locht

Raoul Locht (1976) studied art and cultural philosophy and journalism at the University of Groningen and the University of Amsterdam.

From 2003 to 2014 he was publisher and editor-in-chief of the magazines Atelier and kM (artist's material) as well as several art books.

After that he worked at the National Art Platform as art fair manager of the Annual Dutch Art Fair (ADAF), the organiser of many elections such as Schilderij van het jaar, Tekening van het jaar, the Van Gogh painting competition in 2015 and Rembrandt Leeft! (Rembrandt is alive!) in 2019.

He is currently chairman of Stichting Kunstweek and director of De Kunst Collega's B.V.
