I'm a contemporary painter aspiring to capture the beauty of nature and my dreams on canvas, offering a visual escape into a place filed with imagination and possibility. Through layering techniques and mediums, I craft surfaces that invite touch and exploration, adding depth and intrigue to every stroke.
Bilyana Stoyanova is a Bulgarian artist who has been living and working in the Netherlands, since 2017. She was born in Ruse, Bulgaria and graduated from university of “St. Kiril and Methodius” – Veliko Tarnovo, graduates in 2001 with master's degree in fine art with the class of Prof. Nikolay Ruschukliev. She has lived and worked in Athens, Greece, for more than a decade, where she participated in exhibitions with International and Greek artists and organizations, including UNESCO. She has also worked as a graphic designer and visual arts teacher. She applies paint layers upon layers and often incorporates mixed media into the paintings such as Metal leafing, Charcoal, Ink to give each painting a unique mood and depth. Minimalist structured landscape, palette knife and expressive brushstrokes artworks. Her impressive contemporary paintings can be found in private homes, business premises, and public buildings around the globe, including in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
