I would like to introduce myself; my name is Jolanda Galjé, working under the pseudonym Land. As a self-taught artist, I started painting in 2019. Since then I have developed myself as a (portrait-) painter, with a preference for realism and I prefer to work with oil paint on canvas. By participating in the 'Painting of the Year' competition, I would like to show how I have developed myself positively in a short time. And I am always looking for new challenges in painting.
