Reflections are like windows into eternity. The fathomless depths leads through the gate of life and death.
Nature is my greatest source of inspiration for my experience photography. For me, nature is like a master painter who portrays himself. I take in its changing forms with all my senses, full of wonder. At such moments of experience, I grab my camera and look through the eye of the lens, focus, check the settings, take in the surroundings once more and when everything comes together, I can take the photo. At such moments, time disappears and it is as if the Greek god Kaïros takes me along in his passion. Kaïros who does not care about time and clock and flies freely and uninhibitedly from moment to moment where the source of my inspiration and creativity springs. For me, a photo is only successful when I have managed to grab Kaïros by his one lock of hair and the images tell the whole story of my experience. The photos refer to a spiritual world behind the concrete image and challenge the viewer to search for the magical world of light themselves.
