They always try to embellish the war, dressing it up in bright clothes - liberation, patriotic, etc. But essentially nothing changes. War is a terrible crime - it is the killing of thousands of people, animals for the sake of... for what? There is not a single reason why entire cities and villages can be wiped off the face of the earth.
