"Een kleurrijk man"

Material: Oilcolours and acrylic colours on canvas (doek)
Size: 50cm x 50cm cm

I respect Mandela. As I respect all people that judge others for who they are end not for their colour of skin. I myself have been bullied my whole live for my colour of hair and skin although I am not dark. On the contrary I am an albino. With my eyes it is much more difficult to paint, because they can not see very well.
Hello, I am Marleen. Although I paint a lot, I am not a professional painter. But I love painting! Colours make me happy and with colours I can see better since I am visual disabled (albino). I want to show you that, like the paralympics, people like me can paint too. On large canvas and with problems to see details I do still manage to get where I want. Enjoy art for it makes our world more beautiful. Marleen
